Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed fit sessions for womens wear, collaborating with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure optimal fit and comfort. Possess strong technical knowledge of garment construction and production processes specific to women’s apparel. Work closely with pattern makers and designers to make technical recommendations that align with brand aesthetics and customer expectations. Review and interpret spec sheets, providing corrections or suggestions to meet design and fit standards. Oversee the development of specification sheets and ensure consistent updates throughout product development. Identify and troubleshoot fit issues, recommending practical, quality-driven solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of all fitting comments and revisions. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Fit Technician or similar role in the fashion/apparel industry. Extensive experience with women’s wear garmenting and construction. Demonstrated experience conducting fit sessions in coordination with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in creating and managing spec sheets and fit documentation. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
