Job Description:Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Shift Incharge - Sulfonation – Chemical Industry - Dahej (Gujarat) Job Responsibility 1. Process Monitoring and Optimization Monitor sulphonation process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.) Analyze trends and make real-time decisions to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality. Suggest improvements for process optimization and energy efficiency. 2. Production Planning Coordinate with the production manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Manage raw material availability (e.g., LAB, SO3, sulfuric acid). Ensure minimum downtime and maximum throughput. 3. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Oversee maintenance of reactors, heat exchangers, scrubbers, and other critical equipment. Liaise with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance. Respond quickly to breakdowns or process upsets. 4. Quality Control Ensure that products meet quality specifications.
