To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputed institute. You will be responsible for leading design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution. This includes creating and presenting space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. You will also be tasked with developing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensuring that on-site implementation matches the design intent. Collaboration with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language, attend client meetings, and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation. It is essential to integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.
