The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations, supporting communication efforts, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficient in Back Office Operations and Finance Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales support Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
