About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Client Servicing to lead our client servicing function. This role demands a highly driven professional with strong leadership skills, proven client management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the events landscape. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful event experiences while nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead the client servicing team, ensuring delivery excellence and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Act as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for marquee clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective event strategies. Manage multiple high-value projects end-to-end, ensuring they are executed flawlessly within timelines and budgets. Foster and grow long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and value delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and execution teams to ensure integrated delivery. Drive business growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities with existing clients. Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations, proposals, and post-event reports. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively innovate and maintain a competitive edge. Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members to build a high-performing servicing team. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in the events industry with a strong background in client servicing or account management. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale corporate events and high-profile clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and project management tools is a plus.
