2D Designer - Executive / Sr Executive

As an Executive / Sr. Executive 2D Designer at Sparkle Event Solutions, your role will involve conceptualizing and designing event collaterals such as backdrops, standees, branding panels, stage designs, and event layouts. You will be responsible for developing creative designs in line with client briefs and brand guidelines, preparing print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed, and color profiles, and collaborating closely with client servicing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution. Additionally, you are expected to stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design event collaterals including backdrops, standees, branding panels, stage designs, and event layouts. - Develop creative designs aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines. - Prepare and finalize print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed, and color profiles. - Collaborate with client servicing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution. - Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects. Required Skills & Software Proficiency: - CorelDRAW - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Strong understanding of print processes and file formats - Eye for detail, creativity, and color sense Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in an Event Management Agency or Brand Activation setup. - Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
