Job Role Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the Press shop, Managing shifts, spares planning performing preventive/predictive maintenance activities. Education -diploma Job Responsibilities Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of Press shop machines (Press machine, EOT cranes, Conveyor, Blanking line) He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs He should be able to manage shift Preventive predictive maintenance planning execution Spare parts planning, Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5W1H, Monthly,etc Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system. Competencies / Skills Functional/Technical: Pneumatic circuit systems of Large Transfer press Hydraulic circuit systems of Large Transfer press Mechanical systems of Press, Blanking line, EOT cranes, Conveyors Mechanical drawings and parts knowledge Basic Electrical circuit, Servo, PLC of Press machine Knowledge of Press machine accuracy inspection and adjustment. Ability to prioritize deploy resources, coordinate with production production engineering.
