As an Spare Parts Specialist for automated welding and cutting equipment, your primary role will be to assist the service and sales teams in identifying the correct spare parts required for specific pieces of equipment. This will involve reviewing drawings and bill of materials to ensure the accuracy of repair parts and checking their availability. Key Responsibilities: - Review drawings and bill of materials to identify the correct repair parts for specific equipment - Recommend replacement parts when necessary - Provide product data for item setup - Review technical literature and engineering drawings to make recommendations on after-sales offerings Qualifications Required: - Ability to locate drawings and bill of materials based on machine model and serial number - Proficiency in identifying spare parts based on written descriptions or pictures provided by requestors - Experience in searching bill of materials in PLM and ERP systems - Strong problem-solving skills to identify correct sources of information if documentation search does not yield desired data In support of the Aftersales Key Initiatives, you will be required to: - Provide timely and accurate answers to service, sales, and customers to reduce response times - Evaluate components to determine if they are sellable - Assist the aftersales team in parts categorization This position will require a detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure the efficient provision of spare parts for automated welding and cutting equipment.,
