Spare Parts Executive

The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the inventory, sales, and distribution of spare parts to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. You will be in charge of coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of spare parts. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining optimal stock levels of spare parts to meet demand without overstocking, monitoring inventory, and reordering parts as needed to prevent shortages. You will also track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records accordingly. In terms of sales and customer service, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts, provide price quotations, process orders, and handle inquiries professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues related to spare parts. Documentation and reporting are vital aspects of this role. You will need to maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, sales, and purchases, as well as generate reports on stock movement, sales performance, and supplier activities. Ensuring quality and compliance is crucial. You will need to ensure all spare parts meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, while also following company policies and industry best practices for spare parts management. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any field, or a related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in spare parts management. - Strong knowledge of automotive, machinery, or industrial spare parts (depending on the industry). - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
