Job Description

Preparation of spare parts catalogs for Burckhardt compressors and preparation of data for "myShop"
Creation and maintenance of equipment BOM (bill of material) for compressors in "SAP"
Creation and maintenance of spare parts codes in "SAP"
Preparation of spare parts code drawings
Define and review spare parts code drawings
Define recommended quantities for wear and safety parts
Maintenance of customer and contact master data in SAP and CRM
Maintenance of compressor master data in SAP and CRM

Education/Experience:

Bachelor of mechanical engineering / Diploma in mechanical engineering
Strong knowledge of the "SAP" R3 application (SD/MM)
Good knowledge of Office applications as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong knowledge in reading technical drawings
Possibly already knowledge of "Parts Publisher" (Digital Spare Parts Catalog & Service Information System)
Experience in technical documentation or spare parts management
Experience in creating technical illustrations in Adobe Illustrator
Experience in master data management is an advantage
English language
Any other language is an advantage
Knowledge of compressor technology preferred
