Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate - L1 in Siemens, you will be responsible for providing customer assistance, resolving issues, and documenting customer interactions to ensure end-to-end resolution. You will need to have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors. To qualify for this role, you must be a graduate from a technical background with at least one year of experience in the international domain. It is essential to have a B2 certification in the Spanish language. The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a salary of up to 55 K CTC. The interview process will consist of HR Round, Ops Round, and Versant Round. The job requires working in rotational shifts and is a full-time position.
