Job Title: HPE NonStop COBOL85 Developer Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated COBOL85 Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HPE NonStop application development and maintenance for our offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik. This role involves requirement analysis, program development, testing, deployment, and providing post-implementation support for enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT and development teams to analyze system requirements and determine program modifications or new development needs. Design, develop, and modify applications using COBOL85, SCOBOL, ENSCRIBE, ENFORM, PATHWAY, and TMF. Compile, test, and validate programs on the development server to ensure functionality and accuracy. Prepare comprehensive test plans and document test results. Deploy approved programs into the production environment and monitor program performance post-implementation. Provide ongoing support for two weeks post-deployment to resolve any emerging issues and ensure system stability. Utilize HPE NonStop utilities such as FUP, TEDIT, PERUSE, etc., for development and system management. Qualifications: Graduation – BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HPE NonStop application development and maintenance. Skills Required: SCOBOL, COBOL85, ENSCRIBE, ENFORM, PATHWAY, TMF HPE NonStop utilities: FUP, TEDIT, PERUSE, etc. Knowledge of TAL, TACL, SQL, and MQ Familiarity with program modification, debugging, and deployment processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with HPE Nonstop Pathway.
