As a Strategy & Solution Specialist, FinTech at Nasdaq Technology in Pune, India, you will be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of revolutionizing markets and driving innovation through the adoption of new technologies. Your role will involve developing and executing a well-articulated strategy that garners attention and investment across the organization. You will join the Pre-sales, Center of Excellence team in Pune, where you will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across Nasdaq's Market Technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services. Your main objective will be to contribute to Sales Opportunities globally by managing Presales environments, setting up Proof-of-Concept activities, and conducting demos within specified timelines. Your responsibilities will include responding to Clearing Risk and Standalone Risk RFI/RFP requirements, providing support to prospect/client-facing teams, working on Pre-Sales enablement activities, identifying product gaps, achieving product expertise, and collaborating with R&D and Presales to enhance product offerings. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Clearing Risk Activities or Middle office Risk at Brokers or Banks Solutions, expertise in Middle Office capabilities, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-conscious environment. Educational qualifications include a minimum of Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs, or Post Graduations. Additionally, having a sales orientation with a consulting mindset, experience in end-to-end presales/project implementation, domain expertise in Clearing Risk and Risk Solutions, and technical knowledge of Java, JBoss, Spring Boot, and Oracle will be advantageous.
