Job Title: Freelance Civil Draftsman Location: Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid as required) Engagement Type: Freelance / Assignment-based About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Civil Draftsman to support our architectural and interior design projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, a solid understanding of civil drawings like floor plans and layout plans, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise working drawings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed civil, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD . Draft plans, sections, elevations, and details based on design inputs and site conditions. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance. Update drawings and documentation based on site modifications and client feedback. Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements. Manage deadlines efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs for ongoing projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship. 2–5 years of relevant drafting experience (preferably in architectural, civil, or interior design firms). Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of civil detailing, RCC drawings, and building layouts . Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Based in Bangalore — availability for site visits or in-person coordination when needed. Compensation: Project-based (to be discussed based on scope and experience).
