Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals. Present and promote IT services such as web/app development, recruitment solutions, and digital marketing. Schedule and conduct discovery calls or virtual meetings with prospective clients. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into clients. Maintain lead records and update activities using CRM tools. Work closely with the tech and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
