The Design Partner (DP) role requires a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in independently managing high-value projects that encompass both standard and non-standard work. Your portfolio should consist of at least six customer projects, and it is mandatory to provide three customer testimonials which the HL DP Program team can refer to. You must possess a laptop with legally licensed versions of design software such as Sketchup, V-ray, and SpaceCraft Pro, along with a strong internet connection. Proficiency in Sketchup and a good understanding of V-ray would be advantageous for this role. Additionally, you should have completed the HL Induction training process and obtained SpaceCraft Pro certification. Attendance of a minimum of 12 days at XP is mandatory every month, including weekends. As a Design Partner, you will be required to be present at the XP sessions.
