Job Title: Business Development & Customer Success Manager Location: Thane / Mumbai Experience: 3–5 years About the Role Spacecon is looking for a smart, multi-skilled professional who can bring in new clients and manage existing ones across our Experiential, Container, and Chartered Spaces. A mix of sales + client servicing + project coordination. Key Responsibilities · Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities · Pitch proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals · Build and maintain strong client relationships · Manage onboarding, coordination with design/ops, and project timelines · Handle client queries, ensure smooth delivery, and drive renewals & upsells · Track basic BD & CS metrics (pipeline, revenue, renewals, satisfaction) What We’re Looking For · 3–5 years in BD / Sales / Client Servicing (real estate, co-working, events, interiors, or design-build preferred) · Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills · Ability to manage multiple clients and projects · Proactive, organised, and relationship-driven · Experience working with cross-functional teams Why Join Us · High ownership role in a design-led company · Exposure across sales, strategy, and client management · Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment ·
