Job Description Job Description Job Title FIBE Analyst - KPI20 Activities Role Grade Dept VPE (Vehicle Process Engineering Team) - EFAI Location Chennai Organization Relationships Reports to Functional Heads of VPE & EFAI Supervises Co-ordinates with: Internal EE region plant team & IAP Team External Global description Purpose of the Role Maintain the KPI20 - Surface to production ratio for the existing plant evolutions. Update the KPI20 KPI dashboard Key Job Responsibilities Individually handle the KPI20 preparation work for various packages involved in various region project's globally Understand the requirement from the global team Responsible for do the complete study and understand from them Responsible for collect the information from the various region plant Prepare the CAD Drawings as per the orgs KPI20 standard Upload the CAD Drawings into the specified application to get the surface summary. Validate the bifurbication of surface synthesis & report out. Regular interaction with global team to understand the inputs and update the details Participate into the various meetings, explain to the users, share the details Key Skills Hands-on experience in Industrial projects especially in running plant Knowledge in Process, warehouse space utilizations & optimizations Hands-on experience in Autocad & Related software. Summary the requirements with reports. Knowledge in understanding the costing related terms in all type of work(civil, electrical & Mechanical etc.,) Knowledge in Ms office- Excel software using skill Software skills MS Office, ACAD Job Specification Qualification Diploma or Engineering Graduate Experience 10 - 18 years Experience Competencies Behavioural Skills Diploma or Bachelors Degree with 10- 18 Years experience in infrastructure development role (Civil, Planning team) Willingness to work in shifts, extending work hours (when necessary), week ends etc. Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed. Good communication skills & Handling customers
