Space planning: The purpose of this position is to analyze, optimize, design and allocate space for MAEs, offices, warehouse, utilities etc. to maximize space utilization, minimize material handling, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Space planning & design: Plan and design spaces with consideration for production processes, safety regulations, equipment placement, material flow, ergonomics, regulations, sustainability and future expansions. Space allocation: Analyse space utilization data, including occupancy rates and usage patterns. Allocate space to departments based on their needs, ensuring effective operations. Projects: Manage projects related to space planning, including renovations, relocations, and new construction, and to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget complying to relevant standards. Prepare LTPM documents, obtain clearances, process ARM Qualifications - B.Tech./B.E.
