The ideal candidate should have a strong background in advertising, branding, and digital marketing, with proven & relevant experience in driving business growth and team leadership. A Business Head in an organization is responsible for overall business strategy, operations, and profitability. Business Growth & Strategy Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and expand the agencys client portfolio. Establish partnerships and alliances to enhance the agencys offerings. Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients, Strategic Planning Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals. Identify growth opportunities and set long-term objectives. Operational Oversight Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee performance metrics, streamline processes, and improve productivity. Financial Management Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports. Enhance profitability by monitoring financial performance and optimizing resource allocation. Making sure the profitability is managed well Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team; foster a collaborative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, acknowledging and rewarding performance. New Business Development Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business. Maintain and build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Client Relations Engage with key clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations and manage contracts to secure beneficial outcomes. Risk Management Assess business risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Innovation and Improvement Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate new ideas and technologies. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of Space Branding Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and management. Visionary and strategic thinker. Goal-oriented and driven by results. Adaptable, resilient, and open to new opportunities.
