Spa Therapist - North East

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to deliver a range of high-quality spa and wellness treatments to clients. The therapist will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and wellness therapies as per the menu.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products to enhance their wellness experience.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and serene environment in treatment rooms.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of spa equipment, tools, and products.
• Greet and guide clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Educate clients about aftercare, wellness routines, and available spa products.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Meet individual and team sales/revenue targets by promoting spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry techniques, therapies, and wellness trends.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate concerns to the Spa/Clinic Manager when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Certification in Spa Therapy, Ayurveda, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Wellness Therapist (freshers with strong skills can also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, bodywork, and wellness treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Ayurveda/holistic therapies will be an added advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical treatments.
• Good stamina, dexterity, and physical strength to perform massages and therapies effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
