The Spa Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations of Nyasa Wellness. You will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold exceptional guest experience, manage a team of therapists and support staff, and drive the spas operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily spa operations, including therapy rooms, reception, scheduling, inventory, and guest flow Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all areas of the spa Monitor and manage bookings, guest preferences, and feedback to ensure personalised service delivery Minimum 5 years’ experience in spa operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role Graduate or diploma in hospitality/spa management or wellness-related field Strong interpersonal and team management skills Knowledge of spa treatments and products; certification in massage therapy or wellness practices is a bonus Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Computer proficiency (booking systems, inventory management, reporting tools) Warm, intuitive, grounded approach to service and people management
