You are invited to apply for the position of SAP HCM SuccessFactors Specialist with Numaware, a company providing staffing, recruitment, and consulting services. As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with a strong focus on Time Off and Time Sheet modules. Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with a focus on Time Off and Time Sheet modules. - Conduct fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors EC solutions. - Define and document business requirements. - Configure EC data models and workflows. - Develop and manage complex business rules within EC. Qualifications - SuccessFactors EC certification is mandatory. - Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central. - In-depth understanding of EC data models and configuration. - Expertise in configuring EC workflows and writing complex business rules. - Excellent knowledge of Employee Central Time Off and Time Sheet modules. Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
