Essential Skills and Experience: Cost effective Electrical Components Procurement, on time delivery, Logistics, Payments, Billing. Candidate should have experienced in procurement of electrical components: Switch gears, circuit breaker, contactors, relay, isolator, sensors and various type of switches, terminals, cables, connectors, lugs, labels etc & fabricated control panels. Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams. Preparation of panel BOM & costing, quotations, floating enquiries, negotiation with the suppliers, issue POs and schedules. Coordination with project & site team for material requirements. Co-ordination with Stores for shortages, monitor stock level, inventory reduction and cost saving. Material follow-up with vendors. MIS Working experience of Tally Prime and MS Office is must. Good in oral and written communication. Self-starter, team player, work well with others, continuous improvement and have a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Designing electrical distribution and control panels, based on PLC / VFD and other electrical systems according to customer specifications with the help of the Project Sheet, P&ID diagrams, and project device list independently. Knowledge of electrical components PLC, VFD, switch gears, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, isolators, sensors, solenoid valves and various types of switches. Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, BOM and layouts using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical & E-Plan P8 Relationship management with clients, and OEMs ensuring smooth business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and automation engineers to ensure integrated and efficient solutions. Provide technical support during the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases. Ability to handle multiple projects/customers at a time, meet customers and understand the technical aspects of projects. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, meeting customer delivery expectations. Jobs will be supporting/making Proposal Engineering i.e. BOQ preparation and costing of the Panels.
