Job Title: IT Lead / CTO – SWFI Dashboard Revamp Location: Remote / Hybrid (India preferred) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader to revamp our existing SWFI dashboard, which currently faces speed and performance challenges. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and strategic leadership to optimize, rebuild, and maintain the platform. The candidate will be responsible for architecting the solution, managing end-to-end development, and leading the future tech roadmap for SWFI. Candidate must have hands-on coding experience. Key Responsibilities Revamp Dashboard Architecture Analyze the current SWFI dashboard, identify performance bottlenecks, and create a plan for a complete revamp. Implement scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions. Optimize backend services, APIs, and database structures to improve speed and efficiency. Technology Ownership Own the technical vision and ensure the SWFI platform aligns with business goals. Build a roadmap for continuous improvement, including automation and integrations. Implement data security best practices and compliance standards. Project Management & Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Ops, Sales, Finance) to gather requirements. Plan and manage development sprints with clear deliverables and timelines. Ensure successful deployment and minimal downtime. Team Leadership Lead a small team of developers or manage outsourced technical vendors. Mentor junior developers and establish coding and development standards. Key Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js / Python / Java). Frontend frameworks like React / Angular / Vue.js. Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Database optimization: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and performance tuning. Leadership & Strategy Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or CTO in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Experience Worked on dashboards, SaaS platforms, or analytics tools. Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom reporting modules. Experience in security, compliance, and data governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6–10 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role. Strong track record of successful technical deliveries. Performance Metrics Dashboard speed improved by 50%+ within the first 90 days. Downtime reduced to near zero with proper monitoring and automation. Delivery of revamped dashboard within 3–4 months. Establishment of a scalable technical foundation for future growth.
