Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, OpenTelemetry. Security & Networking : IAM, TLS, Vault, Prisma, SonarQube, Kubernetes security, networking fundamentals. Coach on multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) plus on-premise to cloud/hybrid migrations . Introduce SRE & DevSecOps concepts (SLI/SLO/SLA, incident response, security-first CI/CD). Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud roles with strong technical depth. Proven track record with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher, Helm, Kustomize) . Strong CI/CD automation experience. Expertise in cloud + on-prem environments . Hands-on with security, compliance, and DevSecOps tooling.
