Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Food & FMCG general trading sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s food & FMCG products. Identify and approach new clients, distributors, supermarkets, retailers, and wholesalers to expand market reach. Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in line with company policies. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs set by management. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost product visibility. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of proven sales experience in Food / FMCG trading sector (wholesale, retail, or distribution). Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, supply chain, and product categories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Train, motivate, and supervise store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Ensure the store is properly staffed at all times and create employee schedules. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders for bakery products, and handle deliveries. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations and food quality standards. Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide regular updates to management. Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure products are fresh, properly displayed, and meet quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management or bakery management is preferred.
