1.Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting operations to maintain accuracy and ensure timely reporting. 2.Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, including TDS, GST, ETDS, PF, and Professional Tax filings. 3.Work closely with auditors to support and streamline the year-end audit process. 4.Conduct detailed monthly reviews of Balance Sheets and P&L statements as part of the financial close process. 5.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting workflows. 6.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all queries related to their Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) Desired Candidate Background: 1.A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills . 2.Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting and finance operations, ideally in a client-facing role within an accounting firm . 3.Skilled in analytical thinking and problem-solving , with the ability to interpret financial data and offer insights. 4.Able to work independently , manage multiple priorities, and collaborate well within a team-oriented environment. 5. Residents of South Bangalore will be given preference due to the nature of the role. 6.Please note: This position is not open to freshers ; prior relevant experience is a must.
