Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing and coordinating custom travel packages, providing guided tours, and offering travel consulting services. Daily tasks include client communication, customer service, managing travel bookings, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Qualifications Skills in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in relevant software and travel booking systems Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
