One of the best buildings in HiTech City for corporate offices. Have inbuilt all facilities needed for modern offices. Houses big and small corporate offices. Have multilevel car parking in basement.

location is Good , but Building Maintenance and Planning is Waste they are sucking money from companies and people. Drain is tooo Bad , Maintenance is Poor , Looks are good , Costly pricing for 15 years old building , It has taken more than 15 years to construction. So Old wine in New Bottle.

Pretty big corporate office space in this area. Close to many residential apartments & hostels around, which makes it a good work location. But as on Mar'18, there is no board with the names of companies with their office here.

Worst maintenance, worst canteen area, no proper AC maintenance, water leakage in the office, un hygienic parking area, u can't have lunch in summer and when it is hot outside, bathroom maintenance very negligible. This is the worst building I have never seen in my career

One of the worst parking for two wheeler slot, they lock bike, they should mark bike slot.
