Patient Reception & Guidance Welcome all patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Direct patients to the appropriate department or specialist. Assist elderly or visually challenged patients as needed. Registration & Appointment Handling Register new and follow-up patients in the hospital software system. Manage daily appointment schedules for doctors and consultants. Inform patients about wait times and any changes in schedule. Phone & Communication Management Handle incoming calls for appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. Provide accurate information about services, timings, and procedures. Coordinate interdepartmental calls and emergency alerts efficiently. Medical Records & Data Entry Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure forms (consent, insurance, etc.) are completed and filed properly. Uphold confidentiality and data protection policies. Billing & Payment Support Generate bills and process payments (cash, card, UPI, or insurance). Explain charges to patients or attendants as needed. Prepare and reconcile daily billing reports. Patient Feedback & Service Improvement Collect feedback and escalate complaints or suggestions. Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
