Job Description

You are a passionate and skilled Sous Chef who will lead the Indian Desserts (Halwai) department at Divided Attention Hospitality LLP. Your expertise in traditional Indian sweets and desserts, along with your creativity to innovate while maintaining authentic flavors, will be invaluable. Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team, you will ensure high standards of preparation, presentation, and consistency across all outlets. - Oversee daily operations of the Halwai kitchen section, including prep, production, and plating. - Develop and execute a menu of traditional and contemporary Indian desserts. - Train and manage kitchen staff in the dessert section. - Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policies. - Monitor inventory, costing, and wastage control. - Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal updates and new product development. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian dessert preparation in a professional kitchen. - Expertise in traditional halwai techniques and regional Indian sweets. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Passion for innovation and quality.,
