About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Head to lead the channel partner strategy and execution for our key projects in East Pune Riverdale, Viva Pixel 1 & 2, Kaleido Phase 2 (Upcoming), and Wagholi (Upcoming). The incumbent will be responsible for activating and driving at least 30% of overall sales from the channel partner network across these sites. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy to meet sales targets for all assigned projects. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site-specific channel partner leads; ensure alignment with project goals and business objectives. Partner Activation: Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners to expand reach and drive volumes. Performance Management: Monitor and track partner performance; drive productivity through incentives, trainings, and regular engagement. Market Intelligence: Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategy. Reporting & MIS: Maintain detailed reporting on channel performance, lead conversions, and business contribution. Key Projects Under Scope Riverdale (Active Site) Viva Pixel 1 & 2 (Active Site) Kaleido Phase 2 (Upcoming) Wagholi (Upcoming Project) Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 8+ years in real estate sales, with a strong background in channel partner management. Knowledge: Proven success in East Pune market with a strong broker network. Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making. Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative.
