As a Sourcing Expert with 1+ years of experience in the Leadership Hiring Vertical, your primary location will be in Delhi Janakpuri. Your main responsibility will be to source candidates for Automotive, Switchgear, Industrial Products, and Engineering sector clients across various departments such as R&D, Manufacturing Plants, Corporate Office, and Sales. You will be utilizing platforms like Job Portals, Free Job Boards, and Social Media to identify suitable candidates for different positions. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates based on the shared job descriptions, reaching out to candidates to assess their interest in job opportunities, location, and job details, and maintaining candidate-specific details in a tracker. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Assessment Expert to further process candidate profiles for necessary actions. To excel in this role, you must have recruitment experience in the Manufacturing/Automobile/Automotive industry, possess strong communication skills, and hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in any field of study. Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar Management, and Video meetings, will be essential for success in this position.,
