Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive with experience in the garment/textile industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating timely procurement of raw material to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop reliable suppliers/vendors for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, capacity, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability guidelines, and ethical sourcing practices.
Maintain updated vendor database and market intelligence on fabrics, trims, and garment trends.
Prepare sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and vendor assessments for management review.
Monitor inventory levels and plan timely procurement to avoid production delays.
Travel to sourcing hubs, exhibitions, and trade fairs to identify new vendors and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
