As India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, we operate in 20 cities across the country, delighting over 32 lac customers with our de-licious fresh meat and seafood. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with local seafood suppliers. - Building and nurturing long-term vendor partnerships to support the business growth. - Enhancing sourcing efficiency and ensuring product quality standards. - Developing and executing location-specific sourcing plans, monitoring market trends, and adapting sourcing strategies accordingly. - Negotiating pricing, volumes, and delivery timelines, revisiting and revising contracts based on evolving business needs. Ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality. - Communicating clearly and consistently across all stakeholders. Proficiency in regional languages is a plus for smoother vendor coordination. Qualifications we are looking for: - Education: B.F.Sc or M.F.Sc (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum 1 year in seafood sourcing. - Local Preference: Candidates must be localites familiar with the region and language. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - High ownership and accountability. - Proactive in identifying trends and solving sourcing challenges. - Comfortable with frequent travel across coastal regions.,
