As a Customer Data Stewardship Sr Analyst (IBP) at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in the establishment and maintenance of the Data Governance Program. This program aims to define and uphold the processes, policies, rules, and standards that govern the company's most critical data assets. By ensuring ownership, accountability, and integrity of these data assets, you will contribute to driving data-based decision analytics, improving productivity, and enhancing efficiency in daily business operations. Your primary accountabilities will include delivering key elements of Data Discovery, Source Identification, and Data Quality Management for the program and Customer Domain data. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, adherence to global governance practices, and driving acceptance of enterprise data standards and policies across different business segments. Additionally, you will define Data Quality Rules, advise stakeholders on data governance matters, and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Data Governance program. In terms of Data Governance Business Standards, you will champion the adoption of Enterprise-level data standards and promote their use within the organization. You will advise on projects to identify data-related changes, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to established data governance standards. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive organizational acceptance of data standards and promote PepsiCo's Enterprise Data Governance Capability. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Operations, Demand Planning, Order to Cash, Commercial Data Governance, or Data Management within the global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Your expertise in these areas will be essential in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position and contributing to the success of PepsiCo's Data Governance Program.,
