Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an Articled Assistant. The Articled Assistant will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as assisting with audits, preparing financial statements, conducting forensic analysis, supporting legal compliance activities, and contributing to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. The Articled Assistant will also collaborate with team members to enhance business governance and ensure accurate documentation and high evidentiary value in all assignments. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Analysis Understanding of Forensic Auditing, Risk Assessment, Legal Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge Proficiency in Information Systems and Technological Solutions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Relevant experience or internships in the field are a plus pursuing Chartered Accountancy
