About Us Soulstick Interactive is an indie game studio currently developing our first title, HOPE — a story-driven puzzle adventure. We’re looking for a Level Design Intern to help shape engaging and memorable environments for players to explore. What You’ll Do • Design puzzle-based levels that are logical, engaging, and fun to explore in Unreal Engine. • Collaborate with the art team to integrate 3D assets into playable spaces. • Iterate on designs based on team and playtester feedback to refine pacing, flow, and player guidance. What You’ll Learn • Practical experience creating levels for a real indie project. • Hands-on use of Unreal Engine’s level design and gameplay tools. • Insights into the indie game development pipeline, from concept to playtesting. What We’re Looking For • Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine (blockouts, navigation, and simple Blueprint/C++ scripting). • A creative problem-solver with a strong sense of pacing and player experience. • Enthusiasm for games and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
