About Us: Souls Circle is a safe haven for empaths, starseeds and lightworkers, dedicated to healing, awakening, and alignment with your purpose. We provide a supportive community, transformative content to help raise the collective consciousness, and courses or personal guidance to help individuals rediscover their magic. About the Role: We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis - 30-50 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or intern to gain valuable experience in a friendly and supportive environment, while contributing to a meaningful mission. Estimated Responsibilities: Edit mostly long-form videos, enhancing pre-curated drafts with diagrams/bullet points, engaging visuals, music, transitions, and storytelling techniques. [You will already receive pre-curated rough drafts] Create some short-form videos (30-60 seconds), repurposing from long-form content. [You will already receive pre-selected snippets] Add music, B-roll, and effects to videos to enhance engagement. We use mostly a minimalist editing style and have templates for our workflows. Identifying highlights and making mini trailers (20-50 seconds) Thinking of creative titles. Designing thumbnails using our design templates. Required Skills: Proficiency in Capcut, DaVinci Resolve and or Adobe Premiere Pro. Willingness to learn Descript. Fluent English communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely A passion for spirituality and personal growth. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection. 0-2 years of experience in video editing It’s a big plus if you have: Understanding of SEO for video content (YouTube metadata optimization). Familiarity with AI tools for content editing and automation. Good graphic design skills (Using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
