We are looking for facilitators who love working with children and wish to deepen their own journey of inner growth. Core Responsibilities of the Facilitator 1. Curiosity-led Learning Be a companion in curiosity, spending time in nature, guiding children to observe deeply, to notice the fleeting and the small. Use nature as a living classroom — a place to unfold science, math, history, and stories. The role of the facilitator is to make this possible: to tap into children’s natural curiosity, and from there, deepen their understanding of the world. 2. Creation-led Learning Help children be sensitive to the needs around them, and resourceful in fulfilling those needs by experimenting with natural and everyday materials. Notice emerging interests, help children plan and bring their ideas/projects to life, and guide them through the process. 3. Skills & Sharpening Work with students to strengthen their skills - literacy, numeracy, tech, or whatever tools a project needs to come alive and also ensure that students steadily reach their overall learning goals. 4. Observation, Consolidation & Documentation Support children in capturing, documenting, and consolidating their learning. From the facilitator side observe and record children's learning journeys, growth, and moments of discovery and joy. Also be aware of your own inner state of being—daily reflection is a key practice at Soulful.
