Position Title: Technology and Business Operations Executive Key Responsibilities: 1. Website Management: o Maintaining and managing our existing website built on Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. o Ensuring website performance, security, and speed. o Adding new features, making design changes, and updating content as required. 2. AI Operations: o Using and communicating with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate and improve various business functions. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Organizing and analysing data using advanced MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas). o Creating interactive dashboards and reports using Looker (or an equivalent BI tool) to track business performance. 4. Accounting and Operations: o Having a good understanding of Tally software and assisting in financial data management. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Technical Skills: o Strong practical experience in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. o Good understanding of website deployment and management. · Analytical Skills: o Proficiency in advanced MS Excel. o Experience with any Business Intelligence (BI) tool like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. · Other Skills: o Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (will be given preference). o Eagerness and ability to work with AI tools. o Excellent problem-solving skills. o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
