As a Digital Product Engineering company, we at Nagarro are currently seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team. With a total experience of 10+ years, you will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, showcasing proven expertise in modelling and data analysis. Your hands-on experience with supply chain optimization tools such as Llamasoft, Optilogic, AIMMS, and familiarity with optimization solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, and AIMMS will be crucial for this role. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel is a must, along with experience in machine learning, simulation, and advanced forecasting. In addition to your technical skills, you should have a solid understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and digital supply chain transformation. An industry background in FMCG, CPG, Automotive, or Discrete Manufacturing will be advantageous. Proficiency in advanced SQL & Python for data extraction, analysis, and modelling is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential as you will be working across global teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding functional requirements thoroughly, analysing clients" needs, and envisioning solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements. You will also be responsible for determining design methodologies, enabling application development, and leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts. Additionally, you will create, understand, and validate WBS, estimate effort for given tasks, and address issues promptly with a mindset of continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
