As a Logistics Trainer (Freelance Consultant), you will be part of the Learning & Development department, reporting to the Training Manager. Your role involves conducting training sessions for new joinees, kiosk staff, and logistics field teams as and when required. This position is suitable for individuals with substantial experience in logistics operations and a keen interest in providing on-ground coaching. You will be responsible for delivering classroom and on-floor training on various topics such as baggage logistics handling, SOPs & TAT adherence, airport/warehouse etiquette, grooming, shift discipline, and compliance. Additionally, you will need to provide regular feedback to Operations and HR regarding learner performance, update training content based on location-specific requirements, and assist during bulk onboarding or seasonal hiring peaks. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in logistics operations or training, particularly in airport, retail, or logistics settings. Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication is essential, along with the willingness to travel within city limits for training sessions at multiple sites. The ability to train a diverse workforce comprising kiosk staff, field executives, loaders, and leads is crucial. Previous experience as a soft skills or logistics trainer and familiarity with SOP-based operations and safety standards are advantageous. Preferred candidates for this position are freelancers or consultants available for on-call assignments, residing near airport or logistics hubs in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon.
