SOP Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the entire sales order process, from booking to invoicing, including creating purchase orders in the ERP system. Your duties will involve reviewing documents such as service contracts to ensure compliance with Ametek's SOP policies. Communication with assigned Business Units to gather necessary information for accurate sales order entry will be crucial. Additionally, creating and sending purchase orders to BU headquarters via email and updating customer and vendor information as required will be part of your tasks. Providing explanations and clarifications in Japanese to team members to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency is a key aspect of this role. Handling any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager is also expected.
