You may also manage defined components of projects or processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met. As an established and productive individual contributor, your practical knowledge and experience will be valuable in supporting the success of clinical trials and research projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications in clinical research or site management are preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in maintaining and reviewing performance metrics, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this position.
