Reports To (Title): VP Technology Chapter Job Purpose Group IT has a matrix management structure. The Technology Engineer role will have line management and reporting into the VP Technology Chapter but will be assigned to a Platform squad for task management and prioritization. The engineer will implement the design and build of the platform along with all associated components from inception to maturity of the running environment over time. The role will be responsible for driving change and delivering new technology into the Bank by onboarding customers and applications to the Platform via self-service and automation. The engineer will work closely with other Platform and Product teams in educating them on the new Platform, services and features to ensure any transition and consumption is optimal. Teams work using Agile + DevOps + Product Management methodologies, delivering work packages based on the priority in the backlog. Looking for Lead Technology Engineer to build and maintain SDN-Fabric network using on Enterprise Sonic and Legacy networking. Our stack is Cisco, Sonic and Cumulus. The candidate ideally should have a track record of building Sonic Network for enterprise organization and describe in detail how it was built, or an extensive network administration experience as well as experience in building SDN-Fabric Networks using automation. Experience within large and complex global enterprises defined by high availability, transaction rates, and geographical distribution. Good communication and articulation skills Knowledge & Skills Technical/Functional: Expertise in infrastructure, systems administration, design and engineering, with a cloud computing and DevOps focus Current experience with contemporary and innovative solutions Understanding of the long term IT Strategy and ability to work towards that with each project. Functional and technical understanding of critical systems and Banking services. Strong understanding of the technical risks, security, compliance and audit requirements. Maintaining a strategic stance over tactical fixes Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor and supplier relationships Proven experience in contributing to and executing technology service development plans or roadmaps Advanced understanding of telemetry protocols: syslog, SNMP, gRPC, Netflow, S-flow, SSH polling and templating and others. Understanding of telemetry protocols: syslog, SNMP, gRPC, Netflow, S-flow and others. Experience in network administration and expert understanding of modern network concepts and protocols: routing, switching, Wi-Fi, WAN optimization, BGP, OSFP, MP-BGP, EVPN, VLAN, VXLAN, spanning tree. Track record of using Python, Ansible or other open source tools for network automation. Expert in Enterprise Sonic SDN-Networks and Legacy Networking.

Job Description Should be flexible to work on any shift Should have experience in both Sonic and Progress Database administration Sonic ESB administrator details: A Sonic ESB Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Sonic Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) environment Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Management: Configures the ESB environment, including setting up brokers, containers, and connections. They also manage user access and security settings. Service Management: Manage lifecycle of services within the ESB, including deployment, monitoring, and undeployment. This includes managing service definitions and process definitions. Performance Monitoring: Administrator monitors the performance of the ESB environment, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance. This may involve tuning parameters and analyzing logs. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues within the ESB environment, working with developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation. Security Management: Administrator implements and maintains security policies within the ESB, ensuring that only authorized users and applications have access to resources, Implementing and maintaining security measures, such as user access control, encryption, and secure communication protocols (SSL/TLS). Integration with Other Systems: Administrator manages the integration of the ESB with other systems, including OpenEdge applications, using the OpenEdge Adapter for Sonic ESB. Queue and Channel Management: Creating, managing, and monitoring message queues, channels, brokers, containers and other relevant objects within the messaging system. Manage the below Tools : Sonic Management Console ESB Admin Tool A Sonic ESB Administrator will be responsible for: Configuring a new service definition for a web service exposed by an OpenEdge application. Troubleshooting a performance issue with a specific service. Managing user access to the ESB environment. Monitoring the health of the ESB brokers and containers. Deploying a new version of a process definition and handle backup and recovery.
