(Marketing Executive / Business Development person responsible for generating business leads: Job Description – Marketing Executive (Business Leads Generation) Position Title: Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive Department: Marketing & Sales Location: Lucknow Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head – Business Development. Role Overview: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, generating, and nurturing business leads through various marketing and networking activities. The role demands proactive outreach, relationship building, and the use of multiple channels to bring qualified leads that can be converted into clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, networking, social media, and field visits. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to target potential customers. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients across target industries. Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads into business deals. Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to expand market reach. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, pipeline, and progress. Work closely with the marketing team for digital campaigns, promotions, and content that support lead generation. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools (preferred). Good organizational and time-management skill Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Proven track record of lead generation and achieving targets is an advantage Salary : 15000k to 20000k
