Role Description As an Operational Manager , you will: Oversee the entire operations , including Estimation , Production , Site Execution , Procurement , Accounts , and Service departments . Ensure smooth and timely project execution while adhering to cost, quality, and safety standards. Lead and mentor department heads such as Production Head , Plant Supervisor , Sales , and Accountants . Monitor and ensure daily operations , resource management , and production schedules are on track for all ongoing projects. Report project progress and operational insights directly to the CEO on a regular basis. Work with the senior leadership to align operational goals with the company’s business objectives and client requirements. Oversee quality assurance across all departments and ensure consistent compliance with company standards . Handle client communications , manage escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Foster a collaborative work environment to improve overall team performance and efficiency. Education Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Civil Engineering , Production Management , or related fields. 4–5 years of experience in a leadership role within the aluminium/glazing/facade or construction industry is preferred.
