Candidate should be Graduate, experienced in Handling societies and its maintenance. Should be able to handle the clients and their querries of society. Should be able to resolve problems of clients related to management.
Should be able to monitor Plaster work, Tiling, Gysum Work, Electrical Finishing work, Plumbing finishing work, Aluminium windows, Wooden Doors & WIndows, Kitchen Cabinets, Painting etc.
Lift Operator – 1. Safe Operation of Lift • Operate the lift smoothly and safely for passengers and goods. • Ensure doors are properly closed before movement. • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures. 2. Passenger Assistance • Greet and assist passengers courteously. • Help elderly, disabled, or visitors as needed. 3. Equipment Monitoring • Report any malfunction or irregularity in lift operation immediately. • Conduct basic checks at the start of each shift. • Ensure the lift is clean and presentable at all times. 4. Emergency Response • Be trained in emergency evacuation procedures. • Respond calmly and promptly during power failures or technical issues. • Notify maintenance or security teams in case of emergencies. • Adhere to company policies and dress code. • Maintain punctuality and discipline. • Exhibit professional behavior at all times.
